My lawyer (my wife) made me include this:
If you do business with us (Rocking Chairs 100%) you
1) consent to jurisdiction in California,
2) agree to California choice of law, and
3) agree that California, and specifically either Marin or San Francisco Counties, will be the exclusive forum for any legal dispute.
