When we do well the employees share in our success. They are paid on a team basis and enjoy benefits such as health insurance and paid vacations (up to 6 weeks per year). Because of these factors and a pleasant work environment we have very little turnover in our staff. Eddie, who you are likely to get on the phone, is the current record holder having passed the 5 year mark. Marcos, our warehouse manager, is not very far behind. We believe that because of their knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm our staff offers our customers a far better shopping experience than is available anywhere else.
